This year has been different for me on instagram. It has felt trickier to be present on here, and I have very frequently taken long breaks completely away from it. But whe

I always love this last week in the studio before Christmas, it feels reflective, a time to think and take stock of what has come before as well as a time to look ahead and plan.

Today I will start glazing a few boards of mugs as well as finishing

Despite summer gradually slipping away the studio has a feeling of freshness about it, a feeling of beginning again.

The first stage of a commission is now well underway, test tiles are going in the kiln this afternoon for a new white matt; thanks
