Handmade

All of my work is individually hand thrown and finished. Each piece is individual so variations may occur to size and colour.

As my work is handmade I do recommend washing pieces by hand instead of in a dishwasher. My gloss glazes do provide a durable surface, but care still needs to be taken when using and washing them. Matt glazes will be prone to cutlery marks.

All pieces are microwave safe but not oven proof and placing them in a hot oven could result in the pot cracking.

All of my work is made from food safe materials.

Shipping

Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout and is based on weight, size and distance. Within the UK your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and for outside of the UK orders will be sent with either DHL or UPS.

Please ensure that a secure delivery address is provided. Any undeliverable parcels that are returned to me will incur additional delivery charges to be re-delivered.

Please note: sometimes at the time of shipping the shipping costs work out cheaper than what is originally calculated by the website and any difference will be refunded.

Import Duty and Taxes

For orders being shipped outside of the UK please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These will be calculated by the courier once your parcel has arrived at its destination and the payment of these charges is the responsibility of the individual. International delivery times will vary depending on the processing times of your local customs office.

Returns

Any purchase can be returned within the first 14 days after receipt. The item must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. The individual is solely responsible for the return shipping costs and a tracking number must be provided to ensure the safe return of the parcel.
